Rollin down the road

Last week I was driving south on I-29 toward KC. Somewhere between Sioux City and Council Bluffs, I saw a huge reddish-orange ball in the sky. By the time I was able to find a safe place to pull off the road, where I had a clear unobstructed view, the clouds were already covering a lot of the sun.

 

 

But the picture still turned out pretty neat.
